Wilson has over 30 years of experience in mining, geotechnical engineering, and leadership of professional engineers and geologists. His experience includes project management, exploration, mine planning, mine development, geotechnical engineering, and production management, in both open-pit, and underground mines. He has led multidisciplinary international project teams, and has fulfilled mentoring, and coaching roles of mining professionals. In addition to mining, his technical experience includes groundwater, civil geotechnical, environmental engineering, and risk management.
Leanne has 20 years of experience in mining and civil geotechnical engineering. She has worked on large long life world class mines as well as small short duration open pits requiring immediate practical solutions. She has experience in mining and civil consulting organisations.
